What that AI doesn't do

Who should actually use which
If you're managing a real posting cadence across many networks and your bottleneck is writing and scheduling — not designing — Buffer's breadth and its unusually generous free AI tier make it a genuinely strong pick, especially for solo creators and small teams who don't need a design pipeline at all.
