The core definition
A static template produces the same output every time you fill it in by hand with whatever you decide to type. The mechanism, in three parts

Run this chain today and it produces one result; run it tomorrow against updated data, and it produces a different result from the identical template — that difference, entirely driven by the data rather than a new design decision, is what makes it dynamic.
What it isn't
It isn't scheduling — a scheduler publishes fixed content at a chosen time; nothing about the content itself changes based on data. Where AI fits in (and where it doesn't have to)
Dynamic content doesn't require AI at all — a price or a score binding straight into a placeholder is dynamic without any AI drafting step involved.
